Client: Renta Pumps
Industry: Pump and Pumping System Rental
Challenge: Complex Multi-Country IT Management
In 2019, Renta Pumps Group, the leading pump and pumping system rental provider in Eastern Europe, partnered with Eddi Ltd. to manage their IT infrastructure. Initially, our work focused on their Latvia branch, but it soon expanded to cover Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland. In 2022, when Uprent Ltd. was acquired by Renta Group, we were tasked with a crucial transition: ensuring a seamless takeover of IT infrastructure across all branches. At the same time, the COVID-19 pandemic introduced new challenges, such as securing home-based employee PCs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Our Solution: Fast and Flexible IT Support
Eddi Ltd. provided comprehensive IT management, including support for end-user equipment, networking, video surveillance, and server infrastructure. Our team ensured a smooth and quick IT infrastructure transition for Renta Pumps in multiple countries. Within just three days, we successfully took over IT operations in Lithuania and Estonia, maintaining business continuity without disruption. We also secured remote work environments during the pandemic, adapting quickly to the company’s evolving needs.
Renta Pumps praised our fast response times and adaptability, saying we were "quick" and "flexible, adapting to the company’s business needs."
Results: Seamless Transition and Continuous Operations
Thanks to our expertise, Renta Pumps experienced a smooth and efficient IT infrastructure transition during the Uprent Ltd. acquisition. We ensured that all branches across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland continued their operations without interruption. Our quick actions, especially during the pandemic, helped secure the company’s remote workforce and kept the business running smoothly.
Our support has enabled Renta Pumps to focus on their core operations, delivering reliable pumping solutions across Eastern Europe without any IT-related delays or disruptions.
